Initial Consultation – 1 hour

An in-depth exploration of your health history to identify the underlying cause of your concerns. I work with you to best understand how to implement changes within your current lifestyle and needs. Pathology or functional testing may be requested.

Follow-Up Consultations – 40 mins

We work together to implement your treatment plan. We’ll continually update and modify your plan in a step-by-step process as you progress. Results of pathology and functional testing are assessed.

Follow-up consults are usually scheduled two weeks after your initial consultation and ongoing as needed.

My Nutrition Philosophy

There is no one-size-fits-all diet. Each of us has different needs, not just for our bodies but also our lives. I treat you as the unique individual you are.

I take a realistic approach to diet – 80% whole food and 20% soul food. I don’t believe in counting calories, weighing food or eliminating food groups without valid reason; food is here to nourish us and in turn, helps us be our most vibrant selves.

My aim is to teach people how to eat real foods and move toward intuitive eating. Simple is most often, best.

What does a Nutritionist do?

As a degree-qualified nutritionist (Bachelor of Health Science, Nutritional Medicine), I have been trained to assess your health and nutrition as a whole with many functioning parts, as opposed to looking at body systems individually. 

A holistic approach considers not only your diet, but how your health is impacted by your lifestyle, environment and other factors. I consider how each body system affects the next, including an in-depth look at digestive function, sleep, hormones, skin, stress and more.

Treatment plans are tailored to each person’s individual needs and are backed by scientific and traditional evidence. We work together to create realistic and sustainable changes for vibrant long-term health.
