It is your responsibility to have medical clearance before taking part in any yoga class to ensure it is safe for you to do so.

If you have a serious illness like cancer, my services may not be suitable for you. You can book an initial consultation to discuss your needs.

Those with serious injuries are not suitable for yoga classes and should seek medical advice.

Payment Terms

Payments for consultations can be made via bank transfer. On occasion, credit card payment may be made during the consultation and processed via Square. There is no record of credit card information kept on file.

Payment for Tongue Scraper are made via credit card online, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Payment for e-books and e-guides are made via credit card online, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Payments for nutrition consultations must be made within 7 days of the consultation with receipt of payment sent to maya@avaninaturalhealth.com.au

Shipping

Tongue scrapers are sent via standard Australia Post within 3 business days of purchase.

Appointment Policies

Appointments (nutrition consultations) can be booked via email at an agreed upon time.

Appointments are online via your preferred method (facetime, zoom, healthbank).

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge. Cancellations must be in writing to maya@avaninaturalhealth.com.au

Refund Policy & Consumer Guarantees

Tongue Scraper- no refund or exchange for change of mind.

If faulty, please email maya@avaninaturalhealth.com.au and you will be issued a refund or replacement product at Avani Natural Health’s discretion.

Tongue scrapers will be shipped within 3 business days from order.

Tongue scraper to be used only as directed.
